Community Engagement Teams

These programs give students a hands-on opportunity to participate in civic society. These teams can be deployed for a variety of reasons. They can be deployed to give students a hands-on education in the election process at the local, state, and federal levels, or to volunteer in community service projects and even in disaster relief missions. The programs cover candidate advocacy, policy, state-level initiative advocacy, non-partisan voter education programs, and a variety of other community service projects.

Issues Advocacy

A core part of any citizen’s engagement with their government is understanding and impacting the policy process, be that legislative or administrative, federal or state. On occasion, in alignment with our core values, Project Pathfinder will advocate for those values in the legislative process. This is done as a means to educate our students in the policy process and to provide them with hands-on experience in doing so.
